From order to a working site

    We check a new customer's first order, then set up the hosting account, usually within one working day.

  2. Install WordPress

    Use the one-click installer in the control panel, or ask us to move your existing site.

  3. Turn on the cache

    Install the free LiteSpeed Cache plugin, so pages are served from cache.

  4. Build your site

    Pick a theme, add your pages and publish. SSL is already in place.

Is WordPress hosting different from Web Hosting?

No. These are our Web Hosting plans, with the same prices and features. Every plan runs WordPress, and this page explains what that looks like.

How do I install WordPress?

From the control panel, with the one-click installer. Choose your domain, set a username and password, and WordPress is ready in about a minute.

How many WordPress sites can I host?

Spark is for 1 site, Rise for up to 5 and Roar for up to 50. Each site needs its own database, and every plan has enough for its sites.

Can you move my existing WordPress site?

Yes, free. After you sign up, send us your current host's control panel details and we will move the site, usually within one working day.

Do you update WordPress, themes and plugins for me?

No. You look after the updates of your own site. When you install WordPress with the one-click installer, you can tick the option to update it automatically, and we recommend doing that.

Will WooCommerce and page builders work?

Yes. They are WordPress plugins and run on every plan. A shop or a site with many plugins is more comfortable on Rise or Roar, which have more storage.
