Spark is for one website. Choose Rise if you have more than one site, or need more email accounts or databases. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference.

No. Your hosting plan renews at the price you signed up for. If our prices change later, existing accounts keep their rate. Domain names are separate: a domain renews at the price on our Domains page at the time of renewal.

You pay once and get no more hosting invoices for that account for as long as we run the plan. Lifetime means the life of the plan, not of the account holder. It has the same features, backups and support as the monthly plans, and the same fair use policy applies.

If we stop selling the plan, existing accounts are not affected. If we ever had to close the plan completely, we would give at least 90 days' notice, refund the unused part on a three-year basis and help you move for free. This is in our terms.

Yes, one time. Contact us and we will move the account to the new owner after both parties confirm in writing. There is no transfer fee. A plan that has been transferred cannot be transferred again.

Yes, free on every Web Hosting plan. After you sign up, send us your current host's control panel details and we will move the site, usually within one working day. Roar customers are moved first.

We contact you before suspending anything. A one-off spike is usually fine. If your traffic keeps growing, we will suggest a larger plan. We do not charge overage fees.

No. The storage in a hosting plan is for your website and its email. It is not for keeping personal files, photo or video collections, backups of your computer or of other websites, or downloads that are not part of a website. If an account is used mainly for storage, we will contact you and ask you to move the files. This is in our Fair Use and Backup Policy.

Yes. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of the hosting fee. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered, as they are paid to the registry. If you claimed a free .com, its standard registration price is deducted from the refund and the domain stays registered to you.

No. There is no setup fee, and you can cancel at any time from the client area.

Rise and Roar on the 12-month term. You get one new .com, free for its first year only, subject to availability. It is not added at checkout. Find an available .com on our Domains page without adding it to the cart, then open a ticket within 30 days of your order and we register it within one working day. From the second year it renews at the standard .com price, RM57 a year today. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours if you leave. Spark, other terms, lifetime plans and founding plans do not include a domain, and transfers are not included.

Yes. Keep it where it is and point it to us, or transfer it to us if you prefer. If you need a new domain, register it with us. It is registered in your own name.
